Introduction
KalaSanman, which literally means, to respect the Performing Arts; is a platform for Indian theatrical play, dance, music, or any other performing art by local artists in any language, in the Greater Cincinnati area. It is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization.

🎭 Call for Proposals: Performing Arts Projects 🎶
Are you a performing artist with a passion for Indian arts? Do you have a project that aligns with our mission of promoting the rich performing arts traditions of India while entertaining audiences at a professional level?We are currently inviting proposals for projects in drama, dance, music, or any other form of performing arts, in any language spoken in India.

Audition Call
As one of the projects for 2025-26, KalaSanman has approved a project presented by Parag Kanvinde. He plans to direct a 3-act play “Himalayachi Savli” written by Prof. Vasant Kanetkar.
KalaSanman is inviting any and all community members who are enthusiasts of performing arts and who wish to participate in our next performance to send us their desires by emailing to BOD@KalaSanman.org. You could be an actor/actress, or have any other talent on or behind the stage. Auditions will begin by May 1, 2025 and cast for the next project(s) will be finalized as soon as possible by the first week of June 2025. Anyone participating in this project must pay a participation fee as required by the Board of Directors to perform.

As one of the projects for 2025-26, KalaSanman has approved a project presented by Parag Kanvinde. We plan to honor the birth centennial of visionary Bengali playwright Badal Sircar in his 2-act play “Pagla Ghoda” in Hindi
KalaSanman is inviting any and all community members who are enthusiasts of performing arts and who wish to participate in our next performance to send us their desires by emailing to BOD@KalaSanman.org. You could be an actor/actress, or have any other talent on or behind the stage. Auditions will begin by May 15, 2025 and cast for the next project(s) will be finalized as soon as possible by the first week of June 2025. Anyone participating in this project must pay a participation fee of $15 as required by the Board of Directors to perform. We will need at least 1 actress and 4 actors for the play.
